While red light therapy can be an effective treatment for sunburn, it's essential to use it correctly. Devices designed for home use should follow safety guidelines to avoid overexposure. Consulting with a healthcare provider before starting red light therapy is advisable, especially for individuals with sensitive skin or preexisting conditions.
